Eye Injection $280 per eye   (Avastin or Kenalog.  Includes office visit and OCT. Please plan on a minimum of one injection per month for at least 3-6 months.)

Ultrasound  $250

Laser $500

Surgery $4,500 (Includes $1,400 surgeon (Dr. Chavala) fee, anesthesia, and surgery center fees)
